Draft for legal review. This page is a structured draft, not a binding document, and is not in effect. Items marked TBD need confirmed company and legal details.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between Casevoya, registered address TBD ("Casevoya", "we") and the consultancy that subscribes ("your firm").
The subscription contract is with your firm. Your firm's clients are not parties to these terms.
The service
Casevoya is software for running an immigration practice: intake, documents, deadlines, agreements, invoices, a team queue and a client portal.
Casevoya manages work and evidence. It is not your clients' immigration representative. It does not give immigration advice, guarantee eligibility, predict outcomes or submit applications to any government on anyone's behalf.
Who is responsible for what
We are responsible for uptime, security, provider connections, releases and support.
Your firm is responsible for advice, case accuracy, deadlines, client communications, financial authorization and your professional obligations.
Your firm's clients
The client relationship belongs to your firm. The professional service agreement is between your firm (or licensee) and each client. Clients and invited family members use the portal under your firm's direction.
Trials
A trial lasts 14 days and uses sample data, or a verified firm's controlled pilot. An unverified firm may explore a sandbox but cannot invite real clients. When a trial ends, records are not silently deleted.
Trial details are to be confirmed.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees, seats, allowances and billing terms: TBD. Pricing is not yet published.
We do not charge for an approval and do not take a percentage of government fees.
Client payments
Client payments to your firm run through your firm's own approved processor account. Subscription payments, professional fees and government or third-party fees are kept as separate records.
Optional AI drafts
AI features are optional and can be switched off by your firm. They produce drafts only: a person on your team accepts, edits or rejects each one. Client records are not used to train models by default.
Your data and export
Your firm can export client files. On cancellation, new work stops after the contracted period, and continuity access and export remain available for export window TBD (proposed: at least 90 days).
Data processing terms are set out in a separate data processing agreement: TBD.

Support hours, response times and any service levels: TBD. We publish a service status page.
