Bring your files across, intact.

A staged move from spreadsheets, folders and older systems, checked against your source, signed off by you, with a way back.

What comes with you.

Imported through a staged mapping process, with a preview and row-level errors before anything is final.

  1. Map and preview

We map your source fields, validate formats, classify sensitivity and flag likely duplicates. You see a preview with row-level errors. Records are never merged silently.

  2. Pilot a sample

A small sample moves first. You check it and sign off before the full run.

  3. Controlled migration

The full import runs with source counts, checksums, record totals and an exception report, so every difference has an explanation.

  4. Opening balances

Money moves as a dated opening balance by bank, client, matter and currency, approved after reconciliation. Unknown history is not reconstructed from a total, and gaps stay marked.

  5. Rehearse the cutover

We rehearse the switch, the read-only period, reconciliation, team training and rollback before your firm moves.

  6. Keep the source

A verified export of your old data stays until acceptance and retention arrangements are complete. Temporary copies are then removed under the migration policy.

History that tells the truth.

  • Imported events keep their original date, plus when they were imported and from which system.
  • Imported history is never shown as if it happened inside Casevoya.
  • Missing provenance is labelled, not filled in.
