Connected, not tangled.

Email, calendars, payments and e-signatures connect to the client file, with narrow permissions and a clear state for every connection.

What connects today, by design.

Every connection belongs to your firm, uses the narrowest access that works, and can be disconnected.

Gmail and Outlook email import

  • Connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox with OAuth and narrow scopes.
  • You choose what to import, and see a matching preview first.
  • Threads that match no client go to a triage queue.
  • A forwarded email never gives its sender access to a case.
  • Government letters arrive through upload or reviewed email import.

Google and Microsoft calendars

  • Connect only the calendars you select.
  • Appointments respect staff availability, duration, buffers and time zones.
  • Rescheduling, cancellation, meeting links and no-shows stay with the lead or matter.

Payments, through your own account

  • Clients pay earned fees through your firm's approved processor account.
  • Hosted checkout receives no case descriptions.
  • A payment counts only after a verified, signed webhook. A browser redirect is not proof.
  • Professional fees, advances and government fees stay in separate records.

E-signature handoff

  • Agreements go out to an e-signature provider for signing.
  • Multiple signers, signing order, signer authentication and consent to sign electronically.
  • The signed PDF, completion certificate and document hash return to the matter.

Signatures, in order.

Each signer gets the envelope in turn. Every provider event lands in the file, and a repeated event changes nothing. The signed PDF and certificate are stored when the last person signs.

Every connection shows its state.

Each one reads connected, degraded, expired or disconnected, with a recovery action beside it.

ConnectedDegradedExpiredDisconnected
  • If a provider is down, Casevoya queues safe retries and shows the item as pending.
  • An e-signature outage never fabricates a signature.
  • A payment outage never marks an invoice paid.
  • Your team can switch to the manual workflow while a provider recovers.

Also on the list.

Accounting

Starts with reviewed exports. Supported sync comes later, with clear ownership of the source of truth.

SMS reminders

An optional reminder channel. WhatsApp is a later, approved-channel feature, never informal scraping.

What we don't connect to.

Government systems stay a manual, evidence-based handoff. Casevoya does not submit applications or read government portals for you.
