Keyboard first
Every action works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
Casevoya targets WCAG 2.2 level AA for the client portal, the firm workspace and this website.
Clients complete tasks on whatever device they have, often a phone. Every core flow has to work for them.
Every action works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
Controls are labelled, and errors are announced with a summary that links to each field.
Statuses use words and icons as well as colour, with sufficient contrast.
Client tasks are designed mobile-first, down to 360 px wide.
The interface launches in both. Language and time zone are saved per person.
Loading, empty, error, denied, offline and retry states are designed, not left blank.
A keyboard and screen-reader user must be able to finish these flows without a blocking defect before release.
WCAG 2.2 AA criteria are verified in the release checklist, with keyboard, screen-reader and mobile testing.
